Twenty-third DEGUWA conference took place in Tübingen

At Eberhard Karls Universität in Tübingen, Germany, a 23rd DEGUWA conference was held. Conference took place from 15th to 18th March 2018.
The subject of the conference was "Waters as a Resource" so lectures elaborated the diversity of the ways waters were used and their corresponding background conditions. Among other interesting lectures, ICUA and RGK-DAI project Veruda was represented.
