Meeting of the Working Group of the State Parties to the Convention on the underwater heritage

Meeting of the Working Group of the State Parties to the Convention on the Protection of Underwater Cultural Heritage was held at a UNESCO headquarters, Place de Fontenoy, in Paris on the 9th and 10 February 2011. The topic of the meeting was the editing of draft Operational guidelines of the Convention, which are going to be used for more appropriate and better implementation of the Convention. At the meeting, 14 countries had the right to vote, but the delegates of other member countries of UNESCO as well as of some non-governmental organizations also attended the meeting and engaged in discussions.
