Course for Conservation and Restoration of Underwater Archaeological Finds finished
During November and December 2015 at the International Centre for Underwater Archaeology in Zadar a two-week introductory course of conservation and restoration of underwater archaeological finds trough ICUA program was held. The courses were organized with the support of the UNESCO Regional Office in Venice. Seven participants from Macedonia, Albania, Croatia and Greece successfully completed the course. Students have gained introductory level knowledge in the field of conservation and restoration through the theory and practice in three conservation - restoration workshops, for metal, ceramic and glass and organic materials.
