University of Zadar history students visited ICUA Zadar

As part of the History of World Seafaring class at History Department of the University of Zadar, 20 undergraduate university students visited ICUA Zadar. The employees of ICUA Zadar, along with the professor Milorad Pavić, PhD and assistant Marin Banović from the History department of the University of Zadar, described in detail all the activities that take place in underwater archaeological scientific research.

Special emphasis is placed on the restoration, conservation and presentation of underwater archaeological finds. On this occasion, the students visited the restoration and conservation workshop, specialized library, and newly opened educational and presentation center for underwater archaeology.
